Anchored Futures Foundation is a North Carolina nonprofit organization being developed to help individuals and families move toward greater stability by connecting them with resources, services, opportunities, and community partners.

A Community Resource Built Around Connection

People can have access to resources and still struggle to achieve stability when those resources are disconnected.

Our role is to help bridge those gaps.

AFF is being developed as a broader community-impact organization serving individuals and families while collaborating with the organizations already doing important work throughout the community.

We don't want to duplicate effective services.

We want to help people find them, access them, and move forward.

Stability Rarely Has Just One Barrier

Through housing and community work, we repeatedly see how interconnected people's challenges can be.

Someone may obtain housing but still struggle because they lack reliable transportation.

Someone may find employment but have difficulty maintaining it because they lack financial-management skills.

Someone may leave homelessness or incarceration but struggle to navigate the services available to them.

Someone may receive multiple referrals but still fall through the cracks because the organizations involved aren't connected.

AFF exists to help address those gaps.

Rather than attempting to provide every service ourselves, we build relationships with organizations and professionals that can collectively address those needs.

EPH Consulting Group operates an independent/shared-living housing model, providing structured furnished shared housing for independent adults who can perform their own activities of daily living and do not require medical or residential-care supervision.
